The workroom
Warp & Weft occupies two rooms above a shirtmaker in the shadow of Savile Row. One holds the cutting table and a wall of bolts. The other holds the sewing benches and a very old kettle.
Everything is cut and stitched on the premises by the same two tailors. We don't outsource, and we don't rush a fitting.
A good suit is measured in years, not in weeks.

How a commission works
Consultation
We talk about cloth, cut and how you'll wear it. We take measurements.
Baste fitting
A rough garment is fitted on you. We mark and adjust.
Forward fitting
The garment is closer to finished. We refine the balance and fit.
Finished fitting
Final adjustments and delivery. We show you how to care for it.
